Opt-Out Process

Data Collection during WAFFER® Setup
WAFFER® collects data only after receiving verifiable parental consent. This includes images and audio captured by WAFFER®’s sensors and camera. Our proprietary AI platform (MADCORE™) analyzes this data to enhance our services. Personal information collected includes the parent’s and child’s names, email addresses, and birthdates. Data is securely stored and processed with a focus on minimizing the ability to link to personal information.
Operational Data Collection
WAFFER® collects image and activity data during use, processed locally on the device. Parents can access their child’s data via the WAFFER® App, which also collects login and contact information (Email), child’s profile data (Age & Name), and device usage analytics.
E-commerce Data Collection
Our e-commerce site collects necessary information for transactions, such as login, contact, and shipping information. We use cookies for site operation, performance, functionality, and advertising. Details on our cookie policy and third-party advertising partners are provided on our website.
Data Retention
Data is retained for specific periods depending on its type, ranging from immediate deletion after processing to storage for up to 36 months.
